At CFR Operations LLC, we are committed to delivering your order securely, promptly, and with full transparency. The following outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and policies.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received and cleared.

  • Wholesale and dealer orders may require up to 10 business days to process and fulfill, depending on order volume and inventory availability.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped via reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Carrier selection is based on delivery speed, reliability, and item type.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Tracking & Confirmation

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect movement.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

  • Expedited Shipping (if selected): 1–3 business days after fulfillment

  • Wholesale Orders: Up to 10 business days for fulfillment, plus shipping time

Note: Delivery estimates may vary based on your location, carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions

  • CFR Operations only ships within the United States at this time.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes for orders exceeding $250 or containing serialized parts.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that their shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • CFR Operations is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@cfroperations.com and we will work with the carrier to initiate a claim.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the packaging and items received, along with your order number.

  • We will investigate the issue and, if appropriate, replace or refund the affected items.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before they are fulfilled by emailing us at support@cfroperations.com.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or rerouted.

Right to Refuse or Cancel

CFR Operations reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, particularly if it:

  • Violates any federal, state, or local laws

  • Poses a risk to our compliance, reputation, or operational integrity

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Ensure the product is legal in your jurisdiction

  • Provide an accurate and deliverable shipping address

  • Accept full responsibility for compliance with applicable laws
